Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are sent exclusively via Australia Post.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Currently, orders that contain SKALA products will be dispatched within 3-5 days as some items are on pre-order.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-6 days
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 days
  • Standard International: 7-12 days (approx)

 

Orders over $169 qualify for FREE SHIPPING

After you've placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Please make sure to check your spam/junk filter so you don't miss out on important parcel tracking information.

Purchases can be made with AfterPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.


Delivery Costs: 

Standard Delivery: Flat rate shipping of $10.90

Express Delivery: From $14.50 for all orders depending on final weight of the items

International Delivery:

We are based in Australia, however we also offer delivery internationally.

Tracking & Notifications:

Customers will receive tracking information for their orders via email or phone.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sunshinecurls.com.au and we will investigate and resolve the issue ASAP.

Holidays and Non-Business Days: We generally operate during normal business hours and holidays will not significantly impact our delivery schedule, however please note your order will be processed within normal operating hours of Australia Post.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRE-ORDERS:

We have newly enabled pre-orders for some popular products in our store. If you have placed an order that includes items that are on pre-order, please note all the items in your order will be shipped to you at the same time, once your pre-order arrives. If you wish to receive your items earlier, please submit two separate orders.
